Our contract with you
Guarantees
All guarantees shall start from the date of delivery of the goods.
We offer a 1 Year manufacturers guarantee unless manufacturer offer a longer period.
Please note a guarantee is not transferable.
Orders
Our Sofa's and Beds are made to order. You select the size, the fabrics, leg options and then these are made to your exact specifications.
Please ensure you check all the details on the order are correct before you place your order as any changes cannot be made once the order has been placed.
The customer is responsible for adequate access to receive the goods into their property.
At the point of order, we will advise you of an approximate delivery date. On the rare occasion there may be a delay, we will advise you. Please do not dispose of any existing furniture until we have confirmed your delivery date.
Cancellations
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all details on the order form are correct. In the event that the customer shall cancel the contract or amend the order without a valid reason, the customer shall pay by the way of a specified amount a reasonable pre-estimate of the loss of profit to Sussex Furnishers caused by the customer cancelling the contract, details of which will be provided to the customer.
In the event of any trading disruptions due to any type of pandemic we will not accept any cancellations which are outside our control.
Delivery
When the goods arrive in our warehouse, we will offer you some delivery day options.
An approximate guide of am or pm will be given but it would be impossible to be more specific. To ensure you are completely satisfied with your furniture, our delivery team will ask you to sign for your furniture after it has been put in place, 3
We do not take any responsibility for damage caused to your property whilst we are invited into your home. We will always endeavour to deliver where possible but ultimately you must ensure there is adequate access for us to deliver.
Payment
All orders require a deposit at the time of order.
All balances must be paid in full prior to delivery.
